a new way to do coffee (the italian way!)

my new favorite way to make coffee is with this stovetop espresso maker. you can get one for about $30 from target, crate & barrel or online at bialettishop.com. all you have to do is fill up the bottom part with water, add ground coffee to this little funnel thing, warm up on the stove for about 10 minutes and voilà!-- good italian coffee. there's nothing better than a soy latte in the morning-- or avoiding the lines at starbucks!
